Leasing & Property Management
6% of net rental revenue without contracted maintenance OR 7.5% with contracted maintenance.
HOA Management
Flat fee per month based on units/lots and ($500 monthly minimum)
Accounting & Hourly Consulting
Customized hourly accounting or consulting at $100/hr.
